This event brings together more than 450 international experts and professionals from fields related to energy, environment and economy to discuss and debate the issue of energy transition with a particular focus for this edition on environmental sustainability and decarbonisation.
No less than a hundred of oral communications by CEOs of major energy companies including ENGIE, S&P Global Platts, directors of key institutions – EU and international – as well as international political leaders and government representatives are scheduled over these three days. Many projects and investment opportunities will be discussed; a memorandum of understanding will be signed between the Greek “Public Power Corporation” and the French company “Akuo Energy”.
The symposium was launched by the President of HAEE (Hellenic Association for Energy Economics), the President of IAEE (International Association for Energy Economics) and the Greek Minister of Environment and Energy on Monday, May 6.
